I had a great stay at this hotel recently and would definitely recommend it. the location is fantastic. It's conveniently situated near the tram line, making it easy to explore the city and also conveniently close to the ski area for those looking for some winter fun. Secondly, the staff were very friendly and attentive, always eager to help with any requests or questions. Lastly, the rooms have a nice view of the mountains, which was a lovely sight to wake up to in the morning.
My experience at this hotel was excellent and there wasn't anything that I felt needed improvement.

I recently spent a few days at a nice, new hotel. The room was clean, bright and had an amazing view of the mountains. The breakfast had a good selection and the dinner was delicious. The hotel staff members were really nice and accommodating. The location was convenient with a tram stop just outside, making it easy to get to both the city and the mountains. Parking was also available nearby.
There were a few minor issues. The cleaning time was too early in the morning and woke me up. It would have been better if they started cleaning later. Moreover, some of the staff members spoke limited English which posed a small language barrier, especially with the restaurant staff. it was a pleasant stay and I would definitely recommend it for a city trip.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall, I had a great experience. the staff were very friendly and accommodating, always willing to help with any inquiries or requests. Secondly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with a nice view of the mountains. And finally, the location was excellent, with the tram line conveniently close by, making it easy to explore the city or head to the ski area. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast that was provided each morning.
While my stay at this hotel was wonderful, there was one minor issue that could be improved. The lighting in the restaurant, especially during breakfast, was a bit too bright, which didn't create a very cozy atmosphere.

Enjoyed a hassle-free stay during my city break! Loved the well-sized and clean rooms with private bathrooms. The hotel's convenient location was halfway between the city and the ski slopes - perfect for both sightseeing and outdoor activities. The breakfast selection was extensive and delicious, and the restaurant served good quality meals throughout our stay.
Found it disappointing that some of the staff didn't speak English very well, making communication a bit difficult. , the hotel was a bit noisy as it was located on a main road.
